July's first post ;D
Nothing really interesting that has happened over the past few days. Yeah, the usual, hectic, tiring schedule again. But I did skip afternoon activities for 2 days on Monday and Tuesday! (: On Monday afternoon I went to the clinic to get my OBS Mongolia general medical checkup done, so I did skip the SMRP (IS) course on Google Sketchup. Unfortunately, due to me having thalassemia minor (a blood disorder, mild anaemia, check Google), I had to do a blood test. Felt abit nervous before the doctor took my blood, it has been like 3 years since my last checkup. Yeah and my arm ached the whole day when it's not supposed to ): And the entire thing costed around 50 dollars.

At night the Boarding School T-Shirt Design Committee went through all the designs. I would say that the quality of designs submitted were quite decent, given that there are about 24 entries that were submitted. We have already picked the best 5 (:
I wasn't really happy with the class on Tuesday for not cooperating for the class performance, which will be during level assembly this Thursday. There is like 2 more days left to prepare, and nobody had any idea of what exactly to do. We originally wanted a mass singing thingo, but that didn't work out because only a few were willing to learn and memorize the lyrics.
Yeah, and on Tuesday afternoon I did skip Malay lessons ;D Considering that Malay lessons aren't really _fun_, I was lucky ;D. When I went back to boarding school, there was a filming session for the corporate video of the boarding school. Ms Yee approached me to be in one of the scenes haha (: And so I agreed and did give a testimonial of the boarding school. Obviously on a positive note =]
So my exact sentence was: "The boarding school is a melting pot of multiple ethnicities and nationalities. In line with the Boarders' Council's motto, we can experience a dynamic culture within a warm family." And that was it. Oliver, my Indonesian friend had much more to say and it took around 1 hour and 45 minutes for his particular scene. He toke the scene like, around more than 20 times due to errors and stuff like that. Mine was significantly shorter and took only 15 minutes ;D

After that I went to collect my blood test results. Turned out that everything was okay =D I'm now cleared to go for Outward Bound Mongolia!

At night was directors' dialogue. I _nearly_ didn't manage to wear my council tee to the dialogue (well, it's mandatory), due to me forgetting to transfer my laundry to the dryer. Several issues were raised, and yeah, well, I realized that Mr Lee's style of taking suggesions has lots of parallels to Mr. Hon Dr. Hon. Things like refrigerators gone haywire, dustbin problems, addition of fans in TV areas were suggested. Surprisingly, there were NO SUGGESTIONS ABOUT FOOD D;
Slept really damn late. Around 4 AM or so, finish pia-ing my another project's website. At least I managed to finish it, but the consequenece was that I couldn't really pay attention in class on Wednesday, except for the last few periods. As expected, I got only 60/90 for my Chinese common test, which is a B3. Wasn't really satisfied with it, since I normally get A1s for my normal assignments. But yay! I got an A1 (23.5/30) for my Geography common test from last term, despite being capped at 4 out of 8 marks in the last question.
Finally on Wednesday the item for class performance was set. And finally we have everything proper in class. However it was quite a last minute thing, and we still have to rehearse later today. But nonetheless we've done a good job planning today. Hopefully we'll do well later, and not embarrass everyone.
Physics test is coming up! Hopefully I'll do well enough. I hope that I can cope with the increasing level of Boarders' Council commitment and Projectsday, with the addition of exams.
